Terms of use
These terms cover the Mirrorstone AI product at ai.mirrorstone.co.uk. They are written in plain language for the service as it exists today.
By creating an account you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Mirrorstone Group (“we”). Questions: hello@mirrorstone.co.uk.
The service
Mirrorstone AI lets an organisation connect business systems, sync data into a warehouse, and ask questions via Chat. Chat generates read-only SQL. You are responsible for the sources you connect, the questions you ask, and how you use answers (including any sharing of reports).
Accounts and organisations
You must provide accurate details and keep credentials safe. Organisation admins control members, connectors, and billing. You must not probe, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to the platform or other tenants.
Trials and paid plans
New organisations may receive a time-limited Advanced trial without a card, as described at signup and on the pricing page. After the trial, unpaid extras may freeze and later be removed. Self-serve plans (Basic, Advanced, Pro) are billed in GBP via Stripe. Enterprise is agreed separately and assigned by Mirrorstone — it is not a public Checkout price.
Acceptable use of Chat
Do not use Chat to attempt to change warehouse data, extract secrets you should not have, or violate the terms of a connected platform. We may suspend accounts that abuse shared AI capacity or threaten other customers.
Data and models
You retain rights in data you sync from systems you are authorised to connect. We process that data to provide the product. Questions and schema context are sent to the LLM provider configured for the organisation. Model output can be wrong; Evidence (SQL and steps) is there so you can check it.
Availability and liability
We aim for a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is, and our liability is limited to fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim — except where we cannot limit liability (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after the update date is acceptance of the new terms.
English law governs these terms. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere.
